Power source compatibility matters. A battery/power bank and pole mount are not included in the Mini rental kit. For a pole-mounted solution, ask us for a Gen 2 kit.

Both kits need a clear view of the sky and a suitable power supply. Speeds and performance vary with location, obstructions and network conditions.

What does a rental cost?

Mini is Pricing to be confirmed plus Pricing to be confirmed delivery and return. Standard is Pricing to be confirmed plus Pricing to be confirmed delivery and return. Both require at least five selected rental days and a refundable deposit, itemised before you place an order.

Can I hire for fewer than five days?

No. Rentals require at least five selected calendar days, including the first and last day.

How soon can my rental start?

The first selectable rental date is 5 calendar days from today. If you need something sooner, contact Skylink to discuss options rather than assuming delivery can be guaranteed.

Do I need a Starlink account or my own subscription?

You rent a Skylink-supplied kit rather than buying hardware. Follow the supplied setup guidance and contact Skylink for any requirements specific to your event, location or network.

Will it work at my location?

The dish needs a clear, unobstructed view of the sky and suitable power. Trees, buildings and network conditions affect performance. Discuss critical uses with Skylink before booking; internet speeds and uptime are not guaranteed.

How do returns and deposit refunds work?

The pre-printed return label is inside the case and has a sticky back: peel and replace the old outbound label. No printer or tape needed. You can drop it at a UPS Access Point or contact us to arrange collection. The deposit is refunded after return and inspection, typically within 7–10 business days, subject to the rental terms.

How do I place an order?

Choose your kit, dates, delivery and return preferences in the booking form. Review the full price and refundable deposit before submitting your request. If online checkout is unavailable, contact Skylink and we’ll arrange it with you.

Prefer a person before you book?

Tell us the location, dates and what needs to work. We’ll help you choose the kit—no order needed first.
